

1) Use bamboo charcoal soap as a mask on your face morning and night. leave it on for 1-2 minutes use a face cloth to wash face and rinse thoroughly.
2) Wash feet with bamboo charcoal soap and if possible use a foot scrubber to remove dry dead skin.
3) Use bamboo vinegar soap to wash your body and leave lather to sit on skin for 30-60 seconds then rinse clean.
4) Moisturize your skin with a natural organic moisturizer.
5) Avoid salty, starchy and sugary foods for one week. Drink min 2 liters of water per day and sleep 7-8 hours per day. And of course you should exercise min 30 minutes per day.
